- Order Cancellations
- Before Production: Orders can be canceled only if the cancellation request is made before production begins. Once an order has been approved and moved into the production process, it cannot be canceled.
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via [email/phone] and provide your order details. We will confirm if the order can still be canceled.
- Refunds
- Refunds are only offered in specific situations outlined below. Please note, due to the custom nature of our printing services, refunds are limited:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof (e.g., photos). After reviewing your case, we may offer either a partial refund or a reprint of the product.
- Printing Errors: If more than 50% of the printed order contains significant printing mistakes caused by Sai Print Zone, a reprint will be arranged. Refunds will only be provided in proportion to the printing defects (5% to 50% of the order). Refunds are not available for minor color variations or content errors not directly caused by us.
- Non-Refundable Situations: We do not offer refunds for:
- Minor differences in color compared to previous prints or proofs.
- Errors in the provided content (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect information) unless it was a mistake on our part.
- Customer dissatisfaction with design or layout that was approved prior to printing.
- Return Process: If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Reprint Policy
- If an order qualifies for a reprint due to errors or defects as outlined above, we will reprint the affected order at no additional cost. However, reprints due to customer-provided errors or changes in design will incur extra charges.
- Reprint Requests: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with proof of defects. We will review the request and arrange a reprint if approved.
- Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable Products
- Due to the custom nature of printed products, the following items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started:
- Custom printed business cards, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Orders placed under a tight deadline ("rush orders").
- Products that have been shipped or are in transit.
- Disputes and Claims
- Limitations of Liability: Sai Print Zone's liability in any dispute related to the product is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or any loss of profit.
